Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, on behalf of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, seeks a Supply Chain Analyst for a 1-year contract onsite in Massachusetts. You will support procurement, production reporting, and cost-savings tracking for Nuclear CCL and Reverse Engineering programs.

Responsibilities include creating and processing MR/PR/POs, coordinating material purchases, and interfacing with engineering and vendors to drive timely project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or technical project support.
• Working knowledge of SAP, GEP SMART, NAMS, or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production reports for CCL and Reverse Engineering activities.
• Calculate and report cost savings from repairs and reverse engineering initiatives.
• Compile and maintain operational metrics and management reports.
• Create and process MRs, PRs, Shopping Carts, POs, and related procurement docs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services for projects.
• Manage reorders and procurement requirements for recurring products and services.
• Track procurement activities and vendor service deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries from shared departmental mailboxes.
• Coordinate and schedule repair activities and reverse engineering projects.
• Interface with internal customers, engineering, procurement, and vendors to support project execution.
• Maintain project status information and communicate updates to stakeholders.
