Qualifications

• 8+ years in PMO, Program Operations, or Transformation Programs.
• 3+ years in a management role, leading teams to achieve objectives.
• Experience supporting contracts, financial governance, resource management, and vendor management.
• Able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
• Comfortable working with executives across Finance, Procurement, Legal, HR, and external partners.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven process improvements.
• Effective stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
• Demonstrated leadership with external partners and execution focus.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and results-oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced environments with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Contracts Management: lead end-to-end lifecycle and SOWs, changes, extension approvals.
• Financials Management: validate invoices, budgets, controls, and spend visibility.
• Vendor & Systems Integrator Management: manage relationships and performance.
• Workforce Planning & Resource Management: staffing, onboarding, and capacity planning.
• Program Operations & Delivery: governance, reporting, and change control.
