Job summary

Donaldson is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the ERP and enterprise applications strategy. You will work with business and technology teams on real initiatives, defining architecture patterns and standards that drive scalable solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.

The role is hybrid in Bloomington, MN with three days in the office and two days remote. You’ll influence Oracle ERP, cloud technologies, and enterprise platforms while reducing

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Enterprise Architecture, ERP Solution Architecture, or related tech leadership.
• 3+ years of experience with Oracle ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes such as order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and plan-to-produce.
• Ability to lead architecture discussions and translate trade-offs into business terms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture direction and roadmap for ERP and related enterprise applications.
• Establish reusable patterns and guide decisions on configuration, integration, and process changes.
• Partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead architecture across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, sales, service, and master data.
• Design integrations between ERP, data platforms, and cloud services.
• Evaluate platforms and vendors based on value, risk, and cost.
• Reduce duplication and modernize legacy solutions.
