Job summary

UniverCell Holding GmbH seeks an ERP & Microsoft Systems Administrator to manage ERP projects and support Microsoft Business Central in Ohio. You will serve as a primary contact for ERP-related issues and collaborate with IT service providers to enhance our systems.

ERP & Microsoft Systems Administrator (m/f/d)

UniverCell produces electrodes and cells based on lithium-ion technology for batteries in Germany. Our products are used in aerospace, medical products and other areas where the highest quality and performance are required.

Your Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of ERP projects as well as the introduction of new ERP and MES modules in collaboration with the respective departments
• Administration and continuous development of Microsoft Business Central SaaS as the central ERP solution
• Acting as the main point of contact for employees regarding ERP- and Microsoft-related topics
• Coordination and communication with external ERP and IT service providers
• Maintenance and administration of Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and security configurations
• Administration of Microsoft client and server environments as well as support for M365 cloud applications
• Support with general IT administration tasks and contribution to the continuous improvement of the overall IT system landscape

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the administration and support of Microsoft Business Central SaaS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft client and server operating systems as well as Active Directory configuration and domain security
• Confident handling of M365 cloud products and modern Microsoft environments
• Basic knowledge of networking and firewall technologies is an advantage
• Initial experience with MES or warehouse management systems is considered beneficial
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics such as MES, warehouse management, and other ERP-related systems, combined with a structured and service-oriented working style
