Job summary

Rocketdyne seeks an ERP & Manufacturing Applications Principal who will own Oracle EBS, Deltek Costpoint, and DELMIA Velocity MES, directing outsourced partners to optimize and consolidate the ERP and manufacturing landscape. This leader will evaluate cloud options for Oracle EBS and oversee TSA-related transitions while ensuring data integrity across systems.

Qualifications

8+ years of Oracle EBS in manufacturing or government contracting.
Direct experience with Deltek Costpoint and DCAA/DFARS configuration.
Experience integrating ERP with MES and/or PLM systems.
Proven track record of system optimization and/or consolidation initiatives.
Experience operating ERP/manufacturing systems in regulated environments (CMMC, ITAR, DFARS).
U.S. Person status required for ITAR data access.
Proven ability to direct and manage outsourced AMS delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Own Oracle EBS modules, configurations, and upgrade/patch strategy.
Own Deltek Costpoint configuration, including government contract accounting.
Oversee DELMIA Velocity MES and its integration with Oracle EBS/Costpoint.
Own the integration architecture between Oracle EBS, Costpoint, DELMIA Velocity and PLM (Windchill/Teamcenter).
Drive consolidation roadmap and right-size environments for actual scale.
Lead cloud-transition considerations for Oracle EBS and oversee migration planning.
Direct outsourced AMS/implementation partners and ensure deliverables meet quality and schedule.
