Job summary
Quanex is looking for a Systems Applications Business Analyst in Saint Cloud or Mounds View, Minnesota. This role involves gathering business requirements, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring that IT solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will lead projects that influence business strategies and possess deep functional knowledge of ERP systems.
The salary range for this position is $92K-$112K with the potential for bonuses. A Bachelor's degree and significant IT experience are required.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience, including hands-on applications and systems work.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in applications roles, including Business Applications or ERP Systems analysis.
- Deep functional knowledge of ERP systems, especially in manufacturing and/or financial modules.
Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications.
- Lead business application projects and communicate requirements to development teams.
- Deliver complex application and ERP projects on time and within budget.
