Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop the Commercial Aircraft ERP Business Process Champion Team.
• Build strong partnerships with business unit leadership to understand strategic priorities.
• Define future-state business processes that support organizational objectives.
• Ensure process alignment with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Skills

ERP platform experience (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)

Experience integrating ERP systems with MES, PLM, and financial planning tools

Strong working knowledge of ERP platforms

Ability to act as a business partner or liaison between IT and business units

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field)
