Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 for its EAIS unit in Addison, TX. The role focuses on ERP customization, system integration, and end-to-end delivery, working with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable development tasks.

You will contribute to architecture designs, develop and integrate features, configure interfaces, and ensure data consistency across ecosystems. This position supports global delivery and requires strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define process flows and business rules.
• Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and backlog grooming.
• Support application design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders and validate specifications for ERP alignment.
• Contribute to solution architecture by assisting in ERP package customization based on business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications; review code and maintain stability and compliance.
• Configure interfaces, run ETL processes, and ensure data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP system performance and ensure customizations meet security and regulatory standards.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training.
