Job summary

Oxford Global Resources is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the ERP integration from Lawson to Oracle ERP in a U.S. client environment.

You will align people, processes and cross-functional teams to deliver a single solution, with emphasis on PMO disciplines and risk management. Responsibilities include defining scope, creating plans and budgets, coordinating HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders, maintaining documentation, and tracking vendor deliverables.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• 7+ years leading IT projects for M&A integration or separation.
• Experience defining requirements and creating project plans.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and create detailed work plans, schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Finance, Business Development and Communications.
• Produce documentation including scope, SOW, schedules, plans and budgets.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and monitor project deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and maintain status reporting.
