Job summary

Towne & Locke is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Clifton, NJ. This position offers a salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000+ per year. You will be responsible for managing client system implementations and providing training.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of accounting/distribution software, and the ability to manage tasks independently. Some travel will be required for client visits.

• Ability to manage customer installations and work with programming and support teams.
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and making decisions autonomously.

• Knowledge of business operations and how computers function within the business environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full life cycle of client company implementation.
• Provide pre-sales support and define system requirements with clients.
• Work with senior analysts to develop programming specifications.
• Guide program modifications through to implementation.
• Train customer personnel in the proper use of the system.
