Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in a lead role on systems implementations and overseeing multiple projects to successful completion.
• Experience implementing Viewpoint Vista software in a construction environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations and Accounting applications implementation of Vista ERP and related business processes.
• Provide technical support and best practices during go-live on Vista from CFdata.
• Manage the implementation schedule, deliver results on time, and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans with tasks, deliverables, and resources.
• Create written documentation for ERP requirements, SOPs, and templates for ECS and operating companies.
