You will ensure the reliability of ERP and financial systems, support close processes, and collaborate with Accounting, IT, and Operations. The level hired will depend on qualifications and experience, withSenior candidates likely eligible for enhanced responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience supporting ERP systems, financial systems, or related business processes.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial reporting concepts, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration, maintenance, and enhancement of ERP-related financial systems, business applications, and system integrations.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system, integration, and reporting issues.
• Coordinate and perform testing for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with business partners, IT, vendors, and managed service providers to support effective system operations.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and internal controls.
• Support financial close activities, reconciliations, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials.
