Accurate Personnel LLC is hiring a Production Control Supervisor in Bloomingdale, IL. You will manage ERP transactions, close work orders, coordinate material transfers, and reconcile inventory to keep production running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable using ERP systems all day. Day-to-day duties include entering transactions, closing orders, and communicating shortages to production teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data-entry accuracy.
• Familiarity with inventory management and production tracking.

Responsibilities

• Enter production, labor, and material transactions into the ERP system.
• Ensure production transactions are entered accurately and on time.
• Close completed work orders and resolve variances in count/lot/scrap.
• Reconcile line-side inventory after each work order.
• Create and process material transfers and transfer orders.
• Coordinate material staging with production teams and material handlers.
• Confirm materials arrive where and when needed.
• Communicate shortages and potential production issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records to support efficient material flow.
