HCBeck, LTD. is looking for an ERP Developer/Analyst to join our IT team in Wisconsin. You will be responsible for developing database solutions, writing SQL queries, and supporting the ERP system. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in Oracle database development and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools.

The Beck Group has an immediate need for an ERP Developer/Analyst to join our IT team. This is a unique role that requires strong technical and analytical skills, excellent customer support skills, and a systems mindset. You will listen to our operations teams and assist in developing project requirements; you will write SQL queries and develop new reports; you will learn how to configure security and other ERP settings; you will conduct user training classes and respond to helpdesk tickets. You can transition quickly between technical details and big-picture needs. You are organized and stick with a problem until it is resolved. You read widely and absorb information from fields outside your area of expertise, and you seek novel approaches to difficult problems. You thrive in a collaborative environment which provides customer service over the phone, through e-mail, chat, and in-person. Some travel may be required.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent.
Responsibilities sometimes require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advance notice. Occasional travel to regional offices, project sites and/or conferences required.
Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; constantly communicates with Beck employees and external vendors/consultants; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance; ability to lift 40 pounds.
