On-Demand Group is seeking an ERP Data Specialist to join our manufacturing team in Wayzata, MN. You will own item master records, BOMs, routings, and related ERP data ensuring accuracy and reliability across production planning and costing.

Collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance is key, with preference for experience in Infor XA or similar ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel and strong data governance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain item master records, including descriptions, units of measure, product classifications, and planning parameters.
• Build and update Bills of Material (BOMs), ensuring component, quantity, and revision accuracy.
• Maintain manufacturing routings, work centers, labor standards, and operation sequencing.
• Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) while following established change control procedures.
• Perform regular data audits to ensure ERP data remains accurate, complete, and consistent.
• Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance to validate and maintain critical system data.
• Investigate and resolve ERP data issues impacting planning, production, inventory, or costing.
• Maintain documentation for data standards, naming conventions, and best practices.
• Support ERP enhancements, system testing, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

We're looking for an ERP Data Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team responsible for maintaining the critical ERP data that keeps operations running efficiently. In this role, you'll own the accuracy and integrity of item master records, Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, and related manufacturing data within the ERP system.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Infor XA or another manufacturing ERP system (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Epicor, QAD, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Experience supporting engineering change management (ECR/ECO).
• Background in master data management or data governance.
• Experience participating in ERP implementations, upgrades, or system improvements.
