Job summary

Woolpert is seeking an ERP Data Analyst to join our Corporate Applications team. This role supports a multi-year Dynamics 365 F&O and CE integration, focusing on configuring ERP foundations to enable expansion and acquisition integrations.

Preferred candidates have 7+ years ERP experience, 5+ in D365 F&O, and hands-on test automation experience. You will coordinate with legal, financial, and operations to define requirements and ensure quality assurance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP experience across multiple modules, including finance.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O.
• 3+ years in test automation tools (RSAT, Leapwork, Selenium).

Responsibilities

• Configure D365 F&O and CE modules, including legal entities and intercompany structures.
• Collaborate with legal, financial, and operational stakeholders to define business requirements for new entities.
• Design and manage test strategies for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE, including automated regression tests.
• Lead QA and UAT activities to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
• Collaborate with data migration teams for data conversion and loads validation.
• Drive ERP-driven process automation and efficiency improvements.
• Investigate and resolve system issues with a disciplined problem-solving approach.
