You will lead a high‑performing IT team, manage SLA, incidents, and changes, and push automation while partnering with Finance and Supply Chain to enable strategic outcomes. This position is based in Everett, WA and requires deep Oracle ERP expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in Oracle ERP application support or administration.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12.2.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of direct reports, contractors, and project members.
• Oversee daily operations, schedules, quality, priorities and commitments.
• Define scope of changes, deadlines, and progress for ERP initiatives.
• Drive ERP process automation and continuous service improvement.
• Partner with global IT teams to implement Oracle ERP systems.
