Svitla Systems is seeking an Applications Developer, ERP (SyteLine Infor) for a full-time position in Europe. The role focuses on the on-premises Infor SyteLine 9 ERP platform, Microsoft SQL Server, and related development tasks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in application development or ERP support.
• Hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine 9/10 in a production environment.
• Advanced MS SQL Server skills with complex queries, views, stored procedures and transactions.
• Experience troubleshooting query performance, blocking, deadlocks, and data-integrity issues.
• Experience with ERP integrations, reporting, background processing, and production support.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and distribution ERP data and processes.
• Experience with software development lifecycle practices, source control, testing, documentation, and change management.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience with ticketing/service-management platforms such as Halo, ServiceNow, or Jira.
• Familiarity with ITIL service-management practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Infor SyteLine 9 customizations, reports, interfaces, and background processes.
• Support SyteLine forms, IDOs, Application Event System, and TaskMan processes.
• Investigate incidents across UI, business logic, integrations, and SQL Server layers to identify root causes.
• Support ERP processes across manufacturing, planning, inventory, order management, and finance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners on enhancements and upgrades.
• Monitor application health and propose stability improvements.
• Design and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for SyteLine.
• Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable database solutions.
• Diagnose cross-layer issues and coordinate resolutions across teams.
• Assist Data Engineering with data mapping, extracts, transformations, and quality checks.
• Provide data-model knowledge for integrations, reporting, and migrations.
• Collaborate with DBA on indexing, security, performance, and deployment planning.
