Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in enterprise application administration or systems support.
• Experience supporting user access management, configuration changes, and incident resolution for business applications.

Responsibilities

• Administers enterprise or business applications, ensuring availability, performance, and reliability.
• Configures, deploys, maintains, monitors, and patches on-premises and cloud-based applications.
• Manages user accounts, service accounts, roles, permissions, backups, storage, and data integrity controls.
• Configures and supports application interfaces and data integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Performs installations, upgrades, hotfix deployments, and functional and performance testing.
• Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support by investigating incidents, resolving issues, and conducting root cause analysis.
• Develops and maintains application documentation, operating procedures, and knowledge base materials.
