Here, you’ll work alongside a team of relentless problem-solvers who are committed to making a tangible impact. If you’re ready to break boundaries, deliver results, and enjoy the ride along the way, you’ll thrive here.

At Tenneco, we’re on a mission. Guided by our Core Values and a winning mindset, we are committed to becoming the most trusted partner, manufacturer, and distributor in the transportation industry. What drives us? Our people are passionate changemakers who bring energy, dedication, and innovation to everything they do.

In this role, you will be the plant owner of the controls that keep ERP transactions, master data, and physical inventory aligned. You will establish process ownership, standard work, pay-point discipline, cycle-count governance, traceability, access controls, and audit-ready evidence. By connecting system behavior with shop-floor execution, you will create the trusted data foundation required for P3 Integrated Supply Chain planning, customer delivery, financial accuracy, and certification.

Who are you?
  • ERP and Transaction Expert: You understand receipts, issues, transfers, production reporting, order closure, shipments, scrap, returns, and inventory adjustments. You ensure transactions occur at the defined pay point and failed transactions are resolved quickly.
  • Master Data Guardian: You govern item, supplier, customer, location, BOM, routing, lead-time, MOQ, and planning data with clear owners, approval, change control, and recurring audits.
  • Inventory Assurance Leader: You run an effective cycle-count and reconciliation process, analyze variances, control adjustments, protect traceability, and ensure corrective actions eliminate recurrence.
  • System Governance Builder: You define plant ERP standard work, roles, access, training, backups, escalation, and evidence. You work with IT and application experts to remove barriers without creating shadow systems.
  • Lean Data-Integrity Champion: You simplify transactions, eliminate duplicate work, improve first-time accuracy, and make data quality visible through daily management and root cause problem solving.
Who will you set to win, and how will you do that?
  • Supply Chain Planners: Provide reliable master data and inventory balances that improve MRP, scheduling, promises, and inventory decisions.
  • Operations and Material Handling: Create practical transaction standards that accurately represent physical movement and production execution.
  • Finance and Controllership: Support inventory valuation, reconciliation, controls, audit readiness, and transparent adjustment governance.
  • IT and Application Teams: Define business requirements, prioritize system issues, test solutions, and sustain user adoption.
  • Plant and Regional Leadership: Provide trusted KPI trends, control status, systemic risks, and recovery actions.
What's going to be your legacy?
  • One Version of the Truth: A plant where ERP inventory and physical inventory are aligned and decisions can be made with confidence.
  • Disciplined Transactions: Clear pay points, trained users, visible exceptions, and timely closure across all material and production transactions.
  • Controlled Master Data: Sustained ownership and change control for the data that drives planning, production, logistics, and finance.
  • Inventory Accuracy Culture: Cycle counting, root cause, adjustment approval, and traceability embedded into daily execution.
  • Audit and P3 Readiness: Organized evidence, standard work, access control, KPI review, and corrective-action records that demonstrate sustained compliance.
Experience:
  • ERP Inventory Processes: Hands‑on experience with inventory, production, purchasing, sales, warehouse, and master‑data transactions.
  • Inventory Control: Experience with cycle counts, physical inventory, reconciliation, variance analysis, traceability, and adjustment governance.
  • Master Data: Experience governing BOMs, routings, locations, item data, lead times, MOQ, and related planning records.
  • Controls and Audit: Knowledge of financial controls, access, evidence retention, and audit support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Change and Capability Building: Experience creating standard work, training users, resolving recurring issues, and eliminating offline workarounds.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong ERP, Excel, and BI/analytics capability; WMS or MDM knowledge is valued.
  • Understanding of inventory accounting and internal-control implications.
  • Strong analytical discipline, attention to detail, and ability to influence process owners.
  • Fluent in English and the local plant language, as required.
What we Offer:
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
  • Opportunity to work and learn in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while shaping the P3 Integrated Supply Chain operating system.
  • Hands-on exposure to Lean, ERP, analytics, cross-functional problem solving, and plant transformation.
  • Culture committed to operational excellence, simplicity, accountability, and becoming best-in-class.
