The role emphasizes collaboration and proactive engagement with other departments to translate operational needs into effective reporting solutions that improve decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics or reporting-focused role.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards with drill-down functionality.
• Experience conducting requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with process owners to design and maintain dashboards.
• Build common library of standardized widgets for dashboards.
• Train process owners on self-service navigation and reporting.
