Position Summary

The ERP Analyst will serve as a key liaison between businessoperations and technical teams, supporting enterprise resource planningsystems, integrations, data management, and business process optimization.

This individual will act as a subject matter expert acrossthe ERP environment, helping ensure seamless data flow between core systems andintegrated applications, including Salesforce, Coupa, financial platforms, andbusiness intelligence tools.

The role will focus on improving system functionality,streamlining workflows, maintaining data integrity, and delivering scalablesolutions that support business efficiency and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Systems Management & Optimization

• Providefunctional and technical support for enterprise resource planning systems.
• Evaluatesystem configurations to ensure alignment with business requirements andoperational needs.
• Identifyopportunities to improve system performance, functionality, scalability,and efficiency.
• TroubleshootERP issues and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effectivesolutions.

Systems Integration & Data Connectivity

• Supportintegrations between ERP platforms and third-party applications, includingSalesforce, Coupa, financial systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Maintainand troubleshoot data flows between ERP systems, data warehouses, PowerBI, and reporting platforms.
• Investigateintegration issues and work with technical teams to resolve connectivityand synchronization challenges.
• Contributeto the design and implementation of reliable, scalable integrationsolutions.

Business Process Analysis & Improvement

• Analyzeexisting business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, andopportunities for automation.
• Translatebusiness requirements into functional specifications and technicalsolutions.
• Developand recommend scalable workflows that improve operational efficiency.
• Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and supportevolving business needs.

Technical Documentation & Requirements

• Createand maintain functional specifications, data mappings, processdocumentation, and technical workflows.
• Documentsystem configurations, integration requirements, and data dependencies.
• Serveas a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and technicalteams.
• Ensurebusiness and technical requirements are clearly documented andcommunicated throughout implementation and enhancement projects.

Data Integrity & Reporting

• Supportdata migration, validation, and synchronization across integratedplatforms.
• Establishand maintain data quality practices to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Helpensure reliable, consistent data for financial and operational reporting.
• Investigatedata discrepancies and implement corrective actions to strengthen dataintegrity and reporting reliability.

Required Qualifications

• Atleast three years of experience as an ERP Analyst, Business Analyst, or ina similar role focused on ERP systems.
• Experiencewith ERP platforms such as Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI/SyteLine),SAP, Oracle ERP Cloud, or NetSuite.
• Strongfunctional and technical understanding of ERP systems, includingconfiguration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Knowledgeof core ERP modules and end-to-end business processes.
• Experiencesupporting ERP integrations with data warehouses, Power BI, and otherenterprise applications.
• Abilityto query databases and analyze data-related issues.
• Familiaritywith APIs, middleware, and technologies used for system integration.
• Stronganalytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Abilityto collaborate effectively with business users, developers, andcross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strongfunctional and technical knowledge of Infor CloudSuite Industrial(CSI/SyteLine).
• Experiencewith Infor ERP or comparable enterprise resource planning platforms.
• Familiaritywith business intelligence, reporting, and data visualization tools,particularly Power BI.
• PowerBI certification or other relevant technical credentials.
• Certificationsin Infor, Salesforce, Coupa, Six Sigma, APICS CPIM/CSCP, or projectmanagement.
• Experiencesupporting complex enterprise application environments andcross-functional process improvement initiatives.
