Absolute Group is seeking labor personnel for erosion control division. The role requires hard work, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor manual tasks in various weather.

CDL Class A is preferred, with willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed. You'll collaborate with crew leads and colleagues to follow instructions, manage paperwork, and support a range of erosion and soil control projects.

• Ability to work closely with others and supervisors.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and crew leads, and take instructions without conflicts.
• Valid CDL Class A preferred and a clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Available to work overtime.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home for out-of-town overnights.
• Ability to complete required paperwork and computer work.
