Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Dallas, TX seeks a Labor & Employment Staff Attorney (ERISA) with 3+ years in employment, commercial or insurance litigation. Familiarity with federal court practice and strong writing are essential.

You will work with senior attorneys on challenging cases, conduct file reviews, prepare memoranda and pleadings, attend hearings, mediation, and negotiate settlements. This role offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

3+ years of increasingly responsible experience in employment, commercial or insurance litigation
Familiarity with federal court practice
Extensive writing experience and ability to handle a high-volume practice
Excellent academic credentials and solid work ethic
Success in this role is measured by caseload management and work quality, not billable hours
Active bar license in the state of residence and one Seyfarth maintains an office
