Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to in-home appointments.
• Midday, evening, & weekend availability.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend ladders in accordance with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm and negotiate/close deals.
• Use provided software for precise measurements and assess home damage from ladder or attic inspections.
• Focus on closing deals to meet homeowners' needs and drive sales growth.

Day in the Life as a Sales Representative:

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize & prepare
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm
• Use innovative software for precise measurements
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections - no need to get on the roof!
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner's needs

Requirements

• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.
