Erie Home is hiring a Sales Representative in Bloomington, MN to help safeguard homes with expert roofing solutions. You will work with pre-qualified leads, receive paid training, and have control over your income with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Our sales team benefits from proven earnings between $125,000 and $250,000+ annually, a $3,000 quick start, and comprehensive W-2 benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed - we provide full training!
• Midday, evening, & weekend availability.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend ladders per safety procedures.

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders in accordance with Company safety procedures. This position requires the use of ladders with a maximum manufacturer-rated capacity of 375 pounds, including the user's body weight and any tools or equipment.
