Job summary

Erie Home in Springdale, AR is hiring for an entry-level sales role. No experience required. You will canvass neighborhoods, share information about our roofing solutions, and work toward weekly goals with an hourly base pay, weekly bonuses, and uncapped commissions.

We provide paid training, transportation to and from the field, and a clear career roadmap. This is a full-time position with benefits including 401K, health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, PTO and holiday pay.
