The position focuses on ergonomics, education, and preventive programs to reduce workplace injuries and promote employee wellbeing, with compensation $25.00–$32.00 per hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Minimum one year of experience.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits.
• Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs.
• Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
• Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury.
• Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees.
• Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics.
