Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in power systems, transmission planning, grid integration, or renewable energy development.
• Knowledge of ERCOT interconnection processes and transmission concepts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support interconnection and commissioning activities for large-load and generator projects in ERCOT.
• Coordinate ERCOT interconnection requests, studies, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with ERCOT, transmission providers, utilities, and internal teams to maintain schedules.
