Three Rivers School District is hiring an ERC Assistant at Fruitdale Elementary School in Grants Pass, Oregon. The role is part-time with 7 hours per day, four days a week, 155 days per year.

Starting immediately, compensation ranges from $17.96 to $22.75 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus retirement contributions. Qualified applicants will work with ERC team members, support students with special needs, and maintain discipline with dignity while taking

Compensation: $17.96 - $22.75 - New hires will be placed at Step 1 through 9dependenton prior contracted educational experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with ERC team of assistants
• Ability to work well with special needs students
• Understanding of age-appropriate behavioral issues
• Knowledge and experience with basic computer operations desired
• Ability to work one-on-one or in small groups
• Ability to discipline with dignity
• Ability to take initiative and be self-directed
• Ability to stand, walk or sit on floor while working with students in the classroom or while supervising
• Ability to physically lift, move or restrain a student on a regular basis
• Must qualify or be able to meet standard for highly qualified para-professional

Requirements
