Responsibilities include direct patient care, patient education, and participation in safety and quality initiatives. The role offers a full-time schedule with an emphasis on patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• High school diploma or associate's degree; BSN preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences and barriers to involvement.
• Maintain safety and alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.
