Consistent venipuncture

Ability to prepare and interpret a manual urinalysis

Experience in surgical monitoring, prep, and intubation

Ability to set up/interpret a PCV

Knowledge in ECG setup

General anatomy knowledge

Triaging knowledge

Understanding normal vital signs and values

General knowledge of commonly used medications

Ability to perform well and remain calm in high-volume ER situations

Can-do attitude and initiative

Education

ER or urgent care experience preferred
