Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in New York (or eligible for licensure).
• At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred (ER experience a plus, but not required).
• Interest in emergency and critical care medicine.
• Strong technical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for emergency and critical care patients.
• Monitor anesthesia and patient vitals; administer treatments and medications.
• Assist with emergency surgeries, procedures, and diagnostics.
• Collaborate closely with veterinarians and fellow technicians.
• Deliver compassionate care to patients and clear communication to team members.
