Job summary

MedVet offers an Emergency Clinician Mentorship Program (ECMP) for new graduates to launch a career in emergency veterinary medicine within a collaborative, veterinarian-led network.

The program is one year long, paid, and blends mentored emergency training with specialty rotations. Upon completion, you advance to a full Emergency Clinician role with salary plus production from year two.

Qualifications

• DVM or equivalent degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary school.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) to practice in the state of your assigned hospital.
• Passionate about emergency medicine and continuous learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Two letters of recommendation from clinical faculty familiar with your skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Participate in mentored emergency training with specialty rotations.
• Build confidence and skills in high-quality emergency care.
• Transition into a full Emergency Clinician role at completing the program.
