Ethos ER Immerse Training Program is a 12-month mentorship track for veterinarians at Animal Emergency & Specialty Hospital locations in Grand Rapids, MI and Byron Center. You will be paired with a dedicated doctor, rotate through specialties, and handle real cases with supervision, complemented by VetBloom modules and monthly rounds.

The program emphasizes teamwork, client care, and ongoing professional development, with a balanced schedule averaging around 13 shifts per month and no on-call
