Job summary

Roshal Imaging Services LLC is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (PASADENA, TX) to perform ultrasound studies in an ER environment across hospital and free-standing settings. PRN role requiring ARDMS RDMS certification (Abd/OB preferred), at least 1 year post-graduate experience, and valid driver’s license.

The candidate will operate ultrasound equipment, maintain quality control, and communicate effectively with patients and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS certification – RDMS (ideally in Abd or OB).
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfort level with general abdominal, general OB & general vascular scans/procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to pass health requirements including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies in accordance with accepted protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly and professionally to all work-related calls.
• Contact the assigned facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards in operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client’s standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files, as directed.
• Document work processes, as required.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.
