Job summary

Roshal Health in Kansas City, KS is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist for PRN shifts in a fast-paced ER environment. You will perform abdominal, OB, and vascular scans, operate ultrasound equipment, and maintain accurate records while delivering patient-focused imaging services.

The role requires ARDMS RDMS certification, 1 year post-grad experience, a valid driver’s license, and BLS/CPR. You’ll work independently with support from a national imaging provider committed to work-life balance and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ultrasound imaging experience post-graduation.
• Current ARDMS RDMS certification (Ab or OB preferred).
• Valid Driver’s License and BLS/CPR certification.
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Meet health requirements including drug screen and background check.
• Comfort with general abdominal, OB, and vascular scans.
• Ability to use mobile phone devices and apps.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound diagnostic studies following established protocols.
• Maintain professional demeanor and respond promptly to all calls.
• Contact facility with estimated arrival time and arrive within the prescribed timeframe.
• Follow prescribed safety standards when operating equipment.
• Maintain work areas in compliance with client standards.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and files as directed.
• Document work processes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
