Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Emergency Room for a 13-week assignment in Minnesota. The incumbent will work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 12-hour shifts, and bring at least 2 years of ER travel experience.

Responsibilities include holistic patient care, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to nursing standards. Licensure must be current in the state, with BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications; Epic proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• ER travel nursing with 2+ years' experience.
• Valid state nursing license.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications.
• Trauma Level IV experience.
• Proficiency with Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care and execute the nursing process per Standards of Nursing Practice.
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.
• Delegate tasks where appropriate while ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership and uphold practice standards in the assigned ER unit.
