Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an ER RN to float between two locations in the Bryan, OH area for a 13-week assignment. The role requires a current RN license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and a minimum of two years in the ER.

Travel experience is required, and the nurse will support a small team with patient triage and rapid interventions. The position involves IV starts, EKGs, medication administration, and collaboration with physicians to ensure timely transfers and safe patient care.

Qualifications

• ER travel experience required
• Minimum 2 years ER experience
• Current RN license required
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications required

Responsibilities

• Triage patients arriving to the emergency department.
• Assess patients and start IVs.
• Administer medications orally, intramuscularly, and via IV.
• Manage critical drips and moderate sedation.
• Report and transport patients to inpatient units upon admission.
• Stabilize and treat patients for transfer to other facilities.
• Communicate with physicians and staff regarding care plans.
• Assist physicians with procedures such as reductions, chest tubes, and intubations.
• Support rapid sequence intubation when needed.
