Job summary

Advantis Medical Staffing is seeking an ER travel nurse for a 13-week contract at Dignity Health - St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, California. The role pays $2,448 per week and follows an Evening shift with a 3x12 schedule.

As the ER RN on assignment, you will quickly triage incoming patients, adjust priorities as acuity shifts, administer time-sensitive meds, and support stabilization and disposition with the emergency team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent ER nursing experience.
• Active California RN License.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients across the full range of acuity, re-prioritizing care as conditions evolve
• Deliver rapid interventions for emergent presentations such as cardiac emergencies, stroke, trauma, and sepsis
• Administer emergency medications, IV therapy, and other treatments as ordered
• Respond to codes and trauma activations as part of the resuscitation team when assigned
