Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma is seeking dedicated ED support staff to assist in patient care during night shifts. Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting with transfers and discharges, and delivering routine treatments. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, EMT certification or nursing coursework, and current BLS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• EMT Basic certification or nursing clinical courses or Combat Lifesaver, ER experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification is required and must be maintained.

Responsabilités

• Prepare rooms and specialty care areas for patient use.
• Assists in and accompanies patients in transfer and discharge procedures.
• Provides patient care.
• Performs routine treatment procedures.
• Assist nurses/physicians with complicated treatment procedures.
