Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of EMT program or enrollment in nursing school with first semester completed.
• Active state EMS certification in good standing at date of hire.
• Recognized US military medic training accepted for consideration.
• Completion of ER Tech CBO Tool within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Collect, report, and document data including vitals, intake/output, height/weight, and pulse oximetry.
• Perform and report Point of Care Testing as required.
• Assist with patient activities and daily care per plan of care.
• Provide personal hygiene support, including baths and wound care as needed.
• Assist with feeding, mobility, admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
• Support patient safety, restraints, and isolation procedures as applicable.
• Prepare patients and chaperone during examinations or procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe environments and follow infection control measures.
