Job summary

Providence ER team seeks an ER Technician I to support licensed clinicians by performing assigned tasks and assisting with patient care. Duties include vital signs, hygiene, mobility, and room preparation in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time in Washington state, with a 36-hour weekly schedule and a pay range of $17.36–$26.00 per hour. Providence provides comprehensive benefits consistent with caregiver roles.

Qualifications

• WA Nursing Assistant Certification required or equivalent.
• WA Medical Assistant Certification required or equivalent.
• Registration as WA Medical Assistant within 60 days of hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs and patient weights.
• Assist with patient hygiene and comfort measures.
• Support with toileting and mobility as needed.
• Transport patients by gurney or wheelchair.
• Stock and organize department supplies and equipment.
• Prepare rooms between patients to maintain safety and cleanliness.
