Manatee Memorial Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is seeking an Emergency Department Tech in Bradenton, FL. This role supports clinical care in a busy 48-bed ED for patients of all ages and handles clerical, stocking, and transport tasks in addition to EKGs, phlebotomy, and IV administration.

Strong clinical skills and a commitment to service excellence are essential, with additional duties as assigned to maintain efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Described as capable of performing essential clinical tasks and support duties.
• Licensure or certification as EMT/MA/CNA as applicable by state requirements.
• Experience or training in emergency department support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of supportive clinical care in a 48-bed ED.
• Perform EKGs, phlebotomy, IVs and related patient care duties.
• Provide clerical, stocking, and courier support; transport patients as needed.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times; other duties as assigned.
