Expect to apply clinical judgment, implement individualized care plans, and document care in real time. Responsibilities include medication administration, pain management, teaching patients and families, and participating in unit governance and quality initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Adherence to the credentialing requirements of Luminis Health as stated in the nursing bylaws.
• Where applicable, completion of a BSN is required within 5 years of date of hire.

• Applies the nursing process to care for culturally diverse patients and families.
• Organizes and reprioritizes patient care activities based on changes.
• Assesses patients, identifies learning needs and uses data to develop care plans.
• Develops and implements individualized plans of care.
• Administers medications, manages pain and follows unit guidelines.
• Evaluates patient responses and revises plans as needed.
• Participates in QI, CPI and risk management activities.
• Provides education to patients and families and engages in teaching plans.
