Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited RN program.
• Active South Carolina or compact (multistate) RN license.
• Active Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications per unit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs based on history, observations, exams, and diagnostic data.
• Provide appropriate nursing interventions aligned with the Plan of Care and physician plans.
• Conduct hourly rounds to support service excellence and patient experience.
• Foster a caring, compassionate, and respectful environment for patients, families and visitors.
• Contribute to department growth via evidence-based practice and system-wide initiatives.
