Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Apple Valley, CA. The shift runs from 12:00 PM to 12:30 AM on a day 3x12-hour schedule, with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and a noon start. A compact license must be in hand at submission, and ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications are required.

Prior community hospital ER experience is preferred. The role requires willingness to work 3 of 5 major holidays; no call and no floating; weekends may extend to meet unit needs; some travel

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Compact license must be in hand at submission.
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH, and PALS certifications required.
• Epic experience with hospital information systems.
• Community hospital experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work 3 of 5 major holidays.

Responsibilities

• Noon start time; 1:4 patient ratio in ER.
• Weekend coverage may be every other weekend or as needed.
• No required call and no required floating.
• May be asked to float between nearby facilities.
• Post-submission time-off requests must be included at submission.
