Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients from minor injuries to critically ill emergencies while collaborating with a supportive clinical team focused on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

The role requires active RN licensure in Virginia, an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing, BLS, and preference for BSN or enrollment in BSN.

Qualifications

• Active RN license or Compact RN License eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred or current enrollment in a BSN program.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of ER RN experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Medical Surgical RNs considered for cross-training on Night Shift openings.

Responsibilities

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages presenting to the Emergency Department.
• Prioritize multiple patient cases based on acuity and clinical needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a dynamic emergency setting.
