Job summary

CHI Health Midlands in Lincoln, Nebraska is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The role involves following the nursing process, documenting all phases, and maintaining high standards of patient safety and education. Sign-on bonus and educational assistance are available for eligible new hires.

Qualifications

Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
Registered Nurse licensed in Nebraska, upon hire.
Basic Life Support (CPR) certification, upon hire.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification, within 5 months.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, within 5 months.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
Perform assessments, plan, implement and evaluate care per the nursing process.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Document all phases of the nursing process in patient records.
Demonstrate critical thinking and patient-first mindset in fast-paced environment.
