MUSC Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a non-Magnet facility. You will provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process, lead other team members, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care. Schedule is 32 hours per week, 7p-7a, with every-other weekend.

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of one year of RN work experience.
• State licensure as a registered nurse (SC Board of Nursing or compact state).
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification or Red Cross BLS is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care to patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Lead and direct other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure age-appropriate care and patient/family centered care, maintaining privacy and professional conduct.
• Participate in shared governance and promote clinical excellence and autonomous practice.
